I used to be a Magic Nails customer (several years) so when I saw l they were expanding to Burr Ridge I planned to be a regular. However the one time I walked in to schedule a mani- pedi the woman who was at the desk may have been angry over something else and was dismissive, rude stating they could not schedule me (all the staff was sitting idle, no client traffic) and offered no slternatives so I left wondering if it was my gray hair that emboldened her to be so rude. I absolutely love this shop. Their customer service is exquisite and so comfortable. If u make an appointment you get right in not unlike other places that make u wait when u have an appoinment. You definetly get what you pay for the prices match the quality and service. I love coming here. Fully staffed as well. If you need a nail place go here I promise you wont leave disappointed. They use a dirty filthy brush now I don't want to wipe off the tables, but then they proceeded to wipe the unsanitary products on your hands. This is the worst salon I've ever been to and I see that they don't care unless they're collecting money. The polish came off within a day and they wouldn't back it up Read Less
